ARGENCERT Policies
ARGENCERT´s activities are developed in the frame of policies that guarantees the quality of the services offered.
POLICY OF QUALITY

ARGENCERT´s structure enables an efficient performance, covering all the quality aspects demanded by the professionalism of this delicate task. The quality of its work is self-controlled by internal audits and externally controlled by official audits (SENASA) and private audits (DAP and others).

 

NO DISCRIMINATION POLICY

ARGENCERT offers its services with no condition of religion, nationality, origin, culture, social group, operation size or any other kind.


POLICY OF NO INTERFERENCE IN COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OR CONSULTANCY

(Reliability- Transparency)
It is ARGENCERT policy not to get involved in commercial activities which can interfere in its certification decision taking, offering an equal treatment to all its clients.

 

CONFIDENCIALITY POLICY

ARGENCERT ensures its clients absolute confidentiality for the information they get from its operators. All the staff, part or full-time, signs an agreement of confidentiality which specifically prevents him of her of divulge any confidential information obtained during the certification process.

 

CONFLICT OF INTERESTS POLICY

ARGENCERT assures that none of the staff members involved in the certification process has conflict of interests with the work conducted.

 

COMMERCIAL/MANAGEMENT POLICY

ARGENCERT enforces a policy of commercial and management ethics with its clients and with competitors, basing its comparative and competitive advantages in its expertise, responsibility and reliability.
