Accreditations, recognition and agreements
The recognition of ARGENCERT ´s competence and expertise from the principal buyers worldwide, assures its clients to access easily the international organic markets.
EUROPEAN UNION
- Since 1992, included in art. 11.1 of regulation ECC n° 2092/91 as certification body from equivalent third country authorized to issue organic certificates valid in the ECC.
National Agri-food Health and Quality Service (SENASA) – Argentina
- ARGENCERT is registered at SENASA for certification of organic plant productions (Reg. 096) and organic animal productions (Reg. 002) para certificar producciones orgánicas con destino a mercado interno y a la Unión Europea. Habilitada para certificar productos orgánicos de origen vegetal con destino a Japón a través del Memorandum de Entendimiento (M.O.U) firmado entre el SENASA y el MAFF (Ministerio de Agricultura Pesca y Forestería de Japón).
ARGENCERT is registered at the Certification Bodies National Program for certification of Food Attributes of Quality (SENASA 280/01)
USDA (United States Department of Agriculture)
- ARGENCERT is accredited by the USDAto certificate under NOP -National Organic Program- (2002).
IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Movements)
- ARGENCERT was the first Argentine certification body accredited by IFOAM (1998).
BIO SUISSE (
Switzerland
) – JONA (Japan)
- ARGENCERT has agreements with BioSuisse and JONA to inspect on their names.
DAP (Deutsches Akreditierungssystem Prufweise, GmbH from Germany)
- ARGENCERT was the first Argentine certification body to obtain ISO Guide 65 accreditation for third party certification (2002). Audited by DAP, represented at the DAR –Deautschen Akkreditierungs Rat-
CARTV (Conseil des apellations réservées et de termes valorisants)
- Reconocimiento para certificación de productos orgánicos destinados al mercado de Québec.
"ALIMENTOS ARGENTINOS" Seal (Argentine Food Seal)
- ARGENCERT is registered at the National Food Department (Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock , Fishery and Food) to audit for the program “Sello Alimentos Argentinos” (Argentine Food Seal).
